How a transparent pool is installed

Installation

Crane rigging and placement

Large acrylic panels are lifted and positioned with crane rigging planned around the site's access and structure. Placement is checked against the engineered drawings before any joint work begins.

Sealing

Precision chemical joint sealing

Panel joints are bonded with controlled chemical sealing and cured under monitored conditions. Each joint is inspected before the next panel is fitted, keeping the structure consistent along its length.

Verification

Water tightness and structural sign-off

Completed structures are filled and held under water-tightness checks before structural sign-off. Records for each case are kept with the project file for the client's reference.
